Information Collected During Registration

When you create or reconfigure a Holder-Q account, you provide us with personal information such as your name, username, date of birth, password, and email address. Some of this information, for example, your username and/or user ID, is made public on our Services.

Additional Information

You may provide us with information to personalize your account, such as a mobile phone number for sending SMS messages. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services. You can customize or opt out of notifications through your settings. You may choose to upload your contact list to invite them to sign up for Vitcron.

Location Information

As of the date indicated herein, the application does not require location information. When requested, you may allow your computer or mobile device to send us location information. You may set your location preferences in your account settings. We may use and store information about your location to provide certain features of our Services, and to improve and personalize the Services.

Cookies

We do not use cookies.

Third Parties

Holder-Q uses various third-party services that assist in providing the Services, such as hosting, and to understand the use of our Services, such as Google Analytics. These other service providers may collect information sent by your browser.

Assignment and Disclosure of Information

Note: We do not disclose your personal data except in the limited circumstances described below.

Service Providers

We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us both in the Dominican Republic and abroad. We may share your personal data with such service providers under confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, and on the condition that the third parties use your personal data only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

Mandatory Rules and Damages

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we may retain or disclose your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights or property of Vitcron.

Transfers between Companies

If Holder-Q is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that situation. The statements in this Privacy Policy will apply to the information that is transferred to the new entity.

Non-Private or Personal Information

We may share or disclose non-private information about you, aggregate information, and other information that does not constitute personal data, such as your username or user ID, and referred users.

Changing Your Personal Information

If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or change the personal information you have provided to us that is associated with your account. You may also permanently delete your Holder-Q account.

Our Policy Regarding Minors

Our Services are not directed to minors. However, our policies will allow the use of our services from seventeen years of age in countries where it is permitted according to the official classifications of each country. In the event that a minor is selected to receive compensation from Vitcron, such compensation will only be provided to a properly identified parent or guardian. If you become aware that your child is participating in the Services or has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information and terminate that account.

Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version of the Policy will govern our use of your information and will always be available on our website. If we change this Policy in any way that we believe is material, we will notify you by means of an update to your Holder-Q account or an email sent to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after such changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
